It is the amalgamation of basic, preclinical, clinical, and veterinary education to give it a practical shape in the form of diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of livestock ailments. VCC receives pet & domestic animals, not only from a nearby villages but also from adjoining districts and neighboring states to serve as a referral hospital. Here, the students have excellent opportunities to transform their theoretical knowledge into practical skills. They also learn how to communicate with the animals’ owners, handle clinical cases, perform diagnostic procedures, evaluate and interpret test results and correlate them with the clinical findings for proper diagnosis and treatment.
